Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange an item within the first 30 days of receiving your order.

Items being returned or exchanged should be unused and in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.

To complete your return or exchange, please email providing your order number. We will then send you a return label with instructions on how to return your purchase.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanges or non-defective returns. Please do not send your purchase back to the shipping centre.



If you have asked for a refund, once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if applicable your refund will be processed to your original payment method.


Late or missing refunds

It can take a while for banks to process refunds. If you have received an email from us notifying you of your refund please allow 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account. If you have still not received your refund, please contact us at


Faulty goods

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email to, include your order number, full name and fault description and we will contact you with details on how to return your item(s) for us to inspect and replace (if applicable). Damage through long-term or excessive use is not considered a manufacturing fault.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please contact the original purchaser to have them process the return.


Returns Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
